Witch Bolt
A blast of bright red energy (the caster chooses the shape of it upon originally learning the spell) that deals a small amount of damage, if any at all.
Effect
The witch bolt is primarily used for stunning a target, but can otherwise be used to deal a minor amount of damage. When cast, the witch bolt takes on a red colouration.
