The Colt of Doom

The Colt of Doom, for which the planet was named for, is a horse that will be overcome with a sudden urge to run around the world. It will try to achieve this, finding that it is able to run across water and up the steepest of mountains. The legend (which is true) states that if the colt reaches its old home, the universe would end, killing everyone in the universe. Luckily, however, Aaron Firehand has stopped the coal every year. And the only way to stop it, is to kill it. However, with Aaron planeshifted in another reality, there is no one that is suited to stop it in the next hundred years.
