The Wolf's Promise
We stand at a cornerstone of a new day, a new way.
What came before exploited the people for one man's profit. What I advance is the understanding all beings, no matter their place in life, deserve a chance to live as best they can, not to please a king or empire, but to expand their outlook and flourish for the benefit of themselves and their neighbors.

The Wolf's Promise
Midir firmly believed that one's destiny should be the result of their best efforts, not a candleflame snuffed by the whims of a king or empire. He disliked the stress on class standing and wealth, when the people richest in nature were those of little means but large hearts.
This meant a reassessment of Dentherion Empire sensibilities, to emphasize that every being that came under the Wolf Collaborate banner, whether human, terron or khentauree, should have the chance at a fulfilling existence.
It also meant reassessing age-old beliefs about how and when beings of various social classes managed success. He felt limiting personal achievements to class and wealth was detrimental to society as a whole, while broadening horizons, experiences, and chances benefited everyone. He wanted ability rather than money to shine.
Not all rebel leaders shared his enthusiam for unlimited opportunity, but signed off anyway. Jarosa, Veritiate Deathknell of the Meint religion and avid Ramiran rebel leader, exuberantly applauded the document, as they both shared the belief that more voices at the table, from different backgrounds and experiences, made better-informed decisions.
She suggested a few revisions, and once completed, Midir sent the document to every Wolf Collaborate member to post as they saw fit.
At one point in his life, Midir thought the only sentient beings on Theyndora were humans. Now that he realized the terrons (weeld kleeth, or smart lizards) and the khentauree (mechanical centuar-like beings) existed, he wanted to include them in his manifesto as well.
The Wolf's Promise was a promise of opportunity. Not everyone would take advantage, but enough would, to change the course of the Collaborate.
