The Krav
Abastion, of all Dentherion puppet states, retained their tech. The people simply refused to give it up, and the empire, realizing they did not want to lose the people and resources to fight them over it, let them do as they wished.
After the fall of the Dentherion Empire, one of the vehicles the Wolf Collaborate wanted to bring to member countries was the Abastion krav.

The Krav
Farmers met the contraption with suspicion. They distrusted tech, as the Dentherion Empire executed those in possession of it.
The Wolf solved the problem by placing wooden sides on the metal platform, making the krav look more like the familiar wagon rather than a terrifying tech device. Farmers accepted the gift more readily with the simple change.
A versatile vehicle, the Wolf hoped to expand its distribution beyond the farm, once the population realized they would not meet harm by owning and using it. Through such useful vehicles, they planned to reintroduce tech to the general population, alleviating fears and getting them accustomed to using what was once banned.
The thought of tech terrified the average farmer until they saw the vehicle. It did not seem so terrifying up close, but more like regular farm equipment.
Abastion plans to develop a newer krav that did not rely upon aquatheerdaal for power. Hooking up with the Minq syndicate researchers, they hoped to have a new version within a year of the empire's fall.
