Duke Matvey Froude is one of the youngest and newest dukes in Rosalind. According to all reports, he has lived a privileged life until the death of his father and older sister. Since then, he has ruled the duchy of Pingnieto with a laissez-faire attitude while enjoying the high life in Lys and other cities. The majority of the management of the duchy falls to the majordomo of the House.
The only major achievement Duke Froude can claim is attending the coronation of King Cyrion Indigo of Carador.
