Baba Yaga
(a.k.a. The Queen of the Fens, the High Witch)
The unofficial (yet undisputed) ruler of the Fens, Baba Yaga is an enigmatic figure, living in the deeps of the swampland in a hut that walks on magical chicken legs. All residents of the Fens respect and fear her, and a curt penned note from her is treated like a royal edict from any king elsewhere. Baba Yaga is believed to be one of the most powerful spellcasters on the continent, and ancient beyond counting.
Physical Description
Body Features
Baba Yaga is tall and thin, although she is considered short as she is often stooped over. She appears to be very old.
Facial Features
Baba Yaga has a narrow weathered face with a long pointed nose and sharp chin. Her teeth are a gleaming white, if a little long. Her skin is blotched with liver spots and warts and she is considered extremely ugly, even by Human standards.

Motivation
Baba Yaga's motivations are inconstant - sometimes she acts as a helpful dispenser of wisdom, other times she will actively impede a person's quests. The only constant motivations appear to be that she will act as she thinks is best for the Fens, and for witchkind.
