In the Order of the Crystal,they looked over the other factions and looked at the garden the young boy owned. That garden housed Mythril, a rare ore that they wanted for the interdimensional portal.
Geography
It's a main garden with some crystals lying around. Nothing really special other than some treasure hiding around.

There are flowers and bees. The ecosystem was damaged, and now it is all done. No one recovered after the Mythril Oasis project.
