Lore: Origin of Magick and the Arc Witch

Ok, ok, ok. Magic came from the Magic Demigods by an old monk who was a friend of the Elder Toad. The old monk and Elder Toad were good friends and the Elder Toad and the old monk was given the Most Powerful Magic: Magic Creation. The magic crystals formed into one sword that the old monk gave to his daughter, Ria, the Arc Witch. Ria began collecting magics from people. In exchange for some of their magic, she would help them. She became so powerful that the magic government of the Toads and The Enclave wanted to make peace with her. The currency Toad Coins also became well known to buy goods from the #1 exporter, The Toad Town Company. The demigod Chritoad seeks more power and sees Ria on a ship to Nueva Vesta. He asks to join her as an escort. She accepts, and the two are together for a bit. Once the old monk found out, he told Elder Toad’s son, The Child of Light to go to the ship and watch them closely. Ria and Chritoad were alone together, and they told each other their true selves. Little did they know, that The Child of Light, Skye was watching them. Skye then told the Old Monk, who then sent Elma to confront them. Elma did not do as he said and instead, she aggravated the Detective Prince Blueberry. Blueberry was the Elder Toad’s youngest son, so you can imagine how angry The Old Monk got. The Old Monk told Elma to not bother him as he was a child. The Arc Witch soon became Chritoad’s understudy and lover. The other 3 children, 3 of the 5 rulers of the Realms, have went to Ria and told her that if she doesn’t give them her magic, they will kill her. Chritoad defended them and said ‘’Take my magic instead of hers!!’’ The 3rd ruler, who saw Chritoad as an older brother figure, told him to just relax and go to sleep. Surprisingly, he didn’t. Ria soon became angry and for once, used her Light Phoenix Mutation to subdue them. They were still alive and even joined Ria in her household. The Old Monk found out and once he died, he was very happy to join his wife in the Afterlife. The Elder Toad was very saddened, but he kept on. He had outlived everyone that he ever known. Ria and Chritoad are legendary figures and are revered for their actions as heroes. As for the magic, the 7 basic elements: Fire, Water, Wind, Thunder, Earth, Light and Dark spread to the world and started inhabiting everyone. However, Light and Thunder formed another magic: Storm. This was a dangerous amalgamation of magic that even the demigods know about it. The curse user was a 14-year-old child named Chris. Ria and Chritoad, along with 3 of the 5 rulers, came to tell him to give the curse back. ‘’I refuse!!!’’ He said and he tried launching the magic at Blueberry first. The magic missed and Blueberry instead absorbed it. ‘’Chris!!! Give the magic to the adults!!’’ Averill told him. Chris didn’t want to give in. He wanted to be powerful. He instead ran away and started learning forbidden techniques of magic like Clone Magic. Soon he became a fairly powerful curse user that he started rebelling. A nurse took him in and examined him for mental conditions. It had one result: Autism. ‘’Ummm Chris… Autistic people + magical curses = very dangerous.’’ The nurse told him. Chris said that he would be fine and that he needed to find a way to get to Nueva Vesta. So that’s where he went. ‘’That boy will keep absorbing curses from users. He can be a threat to everyone.’’ Blueberry concluded. He became known as the Curse Thief. However his power could be used for good too. However people have transcended the system. The Crimson Society (SAKURA) wants him to absorb Chara’s Determination Curse to become all powerful. Chris does not know about this.
