Mastodon
Mastodon was a private security group founded by an investment outreach program sent to the Long Rim by the Karrakin Trade Baronies. This was reflected in the percentage of their ranks that was composed of Baronic pilots on "exchange training" and how much of their activity was centered around providing escort services for Karrakin vessels. This affiliation was wholly unofficial, however, and Mastodon also directly administered an above-average number of stations independent of Baronic influence.
