  A prodigy in drone AI development, Céibhionn (pronounced Kayvon) was recruited for the Starseed program while still in university. On Ymir, she was Awakened in the first batch in March of YY 1, on account of the importance of proper drone observation to help establish safe territory. Her work proved exemplary, as the drones quickly improved their non-obtrusive observation skills.   Over the years, Kayvon refined the base AI seeds of all kinds of drones, to the point where a default format can be quickly loaded into any kind of drone and let loose. Default curbed setups are provided to both military and civil government, which play a role in law enforcement. The Science Department gets to use more advanced versions.   Lastly, when it comes to the Battle Spears, Kayvon uses fully custom personalised AIs. Each of those she has given individual names belonging to mythological Irish figures. As all that work alongside them can tell, each drone has a distinct personality. It is far from unique for people to be able to identify similar-looking drones purely based on their behaviour. Combined with how she fawns over her drones, it is no wonder her coworkers have nicknamed her Drone Mummy, a moniker she has eagerly embraced.   As an older member of the Science Department, who works closely with a number of Battle Spears and frequently joins Explorations, she has taken a bit of a maternal mentor role with many of them. Several of them are in private chat channels with her, involving both classified discussions but also social chats and parental advice of sorts. It is easy to identify who are in these channels, for they have grown the tendency to call her Keelin or miss fair locks, an inside joke of sorts related to the etymology of her name.
