Augur's Pledge

I. An Augur's foresight is to be reported in full, with all due respects to authenticity, transparency, and the betterment of humanity.   II. An Augur is to hold his brothers responsible, accountable, and true to their task.   III. An Augur is to remove his mind and spirit from the choice of successor, as the decision is not his own.   IV. An Augur is to uphold the standards of Chaimut, and not poison His teachings with dishonesty, envy, or malice.   V. An Augur is not to forsake his image gods, Chaimut or otherwise.   VI. An Augur is to hold the well-being of his own people above all peoples.   VII. An Augur is not to hold vices, relations, or perform activities which may sway their true priorities.
