The God Given

What is it:

Being a God Given means that your deity has recognized your willpower to do their bidding so they gave some of their power as a reward. This power is permanent as far as we know. While some god's have come down to earth and confirmed that they grant powers, it's debatable whether some these beings actually use a god's power or whether they instead willed their powers into existence. This is due to the fact that some gods don't talk to mortals and thus cannot confirm whether they grant powers or not.

Historical presence:

The most infamous event the god given were apart of was the expansion of the Holy Roman Empire where the god given for the Christian god, a man named Cain, massacred millions of people and ended multiple religions and societies to expand the Holy Roman Empire. This allowed the Holy Roman Empire to rule all the way North modern day Sweden, where Cain single handedly forced the Norse gods to flee to what is now known as the British Empire, to modern day USSR.

The God Given also influenced the region known as the Greater Greece area where the God Given, alongside multiple demi-gods, split Greece, which used to control the eastern half of the Mediterranean Sea and most of what was the Ottoman Empire, into several countries.

The Christian god given, Cain, also forced anyone with lycanthropy or the feral condition into Siberia.

While more on fault of the Holy Roman Empire, the god given were partially responsible for WW1.
