Fiendlings (of Darago) and Tieflings (of the Low Country) may vary in appearance, but they are essentially the same physiologically.   "Tiefling" (lit. "deep one", diminutive) is the Low Country word for humanoid mortals born to the interplanar border region between Kytheria and the Abyss.   Tieflings adopt the names, languages, technologies, and cultures of the people they live among, but it is obvious that they don't quite get it.

Basic Information

Biological Traits

Tieflings are marked by one or more physical traits typically associated with fiendish animals: horns, ridges, fangs, unusual tongue, differently shaped ears, unusual face shape, small wings, tail, claws, hooves, variant skin color, unusual voice, unusual eye color, etc.

Civilization and Culture

Naming Traditions

Tieflings are prone to choose old-fashioned names, place-names, or seemingly random words. Or they might all give themselves the same name.

History

Many tieflings prefer the upper world to life below. That alone accounts for their numerous population in the continent of Tolmiros.
