Temple of Light at the Oasis of the Zayirin
This strangely shaped Temple of Light at the Oasis of the Zayirin is currently without any Holy Order of the Bringers and Protectors of the Light Resplendent members, but one: Arshaka, who was left here as the token Lightbringer when all the others were banished by the former Zultan.
The shrines in this Temple that see the most offerings are those to Rabab, god of Nature and Skalla, god of Chaos. Offerings to Rabab are made to insure good weather, and bountiful crops, while offerings to Skalla are made to prevent sandstorms from hitting the Oasis, or any travelers as they leave the city.
The High Druid Ettu is in charge of the shrine to Rabab, and she has several acolytes helping her.
