Moonborwa
Sitting in the hills of eastern Rowroth, Moonborwa is a defensive outpost on the border with Zelatr. The town has a strong military presence, and although the stated threat is from the Horse Clans, the countess, and the Lord of this town think that Zelatr has been secretly making deals with some of the Horse Clans. The town also is known for an mage that built a large tower on a hill overlooking the town. No one as seen him for years, but several of his servants come into town to purchase goods on occasion.
