S. Captain Irwin Morris
I shall lead in such a way that, one day, I might even outshine my own brother.

Ravennian Naval Service
Irwin Frederick Morris, the younger brother of Tristan Morris, was a Senior Captain in the Ravennian Royal Navy. He saw the most service during the time of the Silver Piece Rebellion when the ships he commanded, the RNS Kado, Readsend, Pinebarrow, and his flagship, the Imbractus, were stationed under Prince Commodore Tristan Morris' command in the Silver Piece Islands. A former cockatrice knight, Irwin was the only naval officer of his time to not only ride upon his own cockatrice, but to also command a selection of other knights, as well.Engagements with Treebeard
Most of Irwin's naval record during the rebellion was served engaging in various naval skirmishes against Pirate Lord Treebeard in the channel between Daphne and Axel Island. Aside from damage caused to his ships' hulls, he achieved decisive victories in each engagement, crippling the Pirate Lord's fleets enough to be forced to take to the defensive along his territories' shores.Redeployment East
After Commodore Heckett concluded the channel was well under their navy's control, Irwin and his fleet were given new orders to prepare to sail east for Mason Island. He was to initiate an attack on Reaver Beach as the kingdom transitioned its attention to the island's disparate pirate captains — easy targets to subdue.Battle at Reaver Beach
To Ravenna's surprise, the captain controlling the beach, Captain Reaver, managed to rally Captain Arves and his ships for aid in the settlement's defense. The added strength against Senior Captain Morris' fleet turned the encounter into one of the largest naval engagements in the islands at that time. The Ravennian Kingdom's spirit suffered a crushing hit when Irwin was ultimately defeated — and subsequently killed — at the battle, three ships sunk, and the other captured. Irwin was given honors and a proper burial on Daphne Island at Goldstone soon after, attended by both his older brother and Commodore Heckett, themselves.
