Vicarry , Block C Jailer
Vicarry is a half-Elven man and the jailer of Block C. He wears a uniform that is intentionally too small and has a thing for Warden Marguyle whom he calls 'daddy.' Vicarry is also a sadistic and cruel person who delights physical torture themed around playing games with them.
