Tallina
Talina is a young adult Human from Culestes although she is a refugee from her homeland. She is a Master who can control living weapons as demonstrated by her control over Rattigan during Act I, Session 3. She worked for some time with the Doctor but since his death she is a tharapist to the members of The Fringe who were once part of the Living Weapon Project.
