Count DeVicious DeVicious Mon, Block A Jailer (a.k.a. Dump)
The Block A Jailer's first name is unknown as pretty much everyone calls him 'Dump.' He is a rotund Human man who appears to be in early 60s. He tends to keep to himself and begrugingly goes about his business as a jailor of the 'scared-streight' block.
In Act I, Session 4, Dump revealed to Abeni that he is a Craterborn and to Team 1 that he was a former count. Later, he showed his impressive skills as an artificer with a powerful scorpion-like construct.
