Celes , Block D Jailer (a.k.a. the Liar)
Celeste is a petite, blonde half-Elven woman and the Block D (the violent offenders block) jailer. She has a cruel, sadistic streak and has a penchant for dream-manipulation and psychological forms torture. She has also talked numerous times about 'fixing' her inmates who do not appear less violent, only more under her control.
In Act I, Sessions 6 and 7, Molar learned that Celeste is actually an Eldarin agent sent by Ezerin to retrieve an aurified being. Her form as a High Elf is merely a ruse to keep suspicions away from her true activities. She had no concern about Molar and the Revolutionaries' intentions to attack the Fringe so long as she captured the aurified being held in the prison's undercroft so that she could return to her home.
