While the Island cities are often grouped together, they couldn't be more different. The Endo and Ohshima clans are constantly at war with each other. The Endo clan (Fenbei) has loose connections to their City and many Often forget that they are lords. On the other hand the Ohshima Clan, much like their city, are a peaceful and rich clan. Because of the riches and pleasures of Quaiwei, and poverty and struggle of Fenbei, The two clans and cities are constantly at war with the pirates In Fenbei constantly trying to steal from the nobles in Quaiwei.

The Population

The population in Fenbei is of the most wretched and disgusting peoples and creatures in all Kuhaku. The population is mostly of Orcs/Goblinkin, but many kobolds, lizard folk, and Kholo also live. Interestingly as the city of Pirates, the second largest group of Oni on the planet resides in Fenbei.

Quaiwei is the known as the Pleasure district for Kuhaku. Because of the riches here, The population is mostly made of Humans and sylvan races, with most humans being guests while the sylvan races are more likely to be found working in the city.

The Government

In Fenbei government isn't really a thing. Petty crime and violent crime are common within the city and are never punished unless they hurt the Endo clan.

In Quaiwei the Government Works much more management making sure everything runs smoothly. They are allowed to do this because as one of the wealthiest nations there is little need for policing.

The Military

Fenbei has no military as its people are all pirates and thieves, and if needed will serve to protect the city where they can live their doubios lives free from

Commerce

Tianziu has the most fruitful economy in all of Kuhaku. Due to the fact that all trade routes must pass through the city, the trading business is constantly booming. Although it may seem as if the city will hold a monopoly forever, with the rise of sea travel, due to the new inventions of Pentang, Tianziu may be losing control over the market.

Organizations/Religions

Almost all religions have a temple of some sort inside the city. While all religions are permitted the patron Kami of the the city is Yamato (Gd of art). The Merchants guild runs out of the city. The smithing guild has its second largest ware house in the city, and is recognized as its base of public operations.
