Midlothyn
The mountainous continent of Midlothyn is divided in Kingdoms. Lush greenery, and beautiful stoney crags riddle the land. It’s people living in villages, similar to the way of life in the Age of Heroes.. It’s wild game is rich and diverse, much like the culture of the populace. Due to the segmented lands of Midlothyn, it has maintained a neutrality throughout the history of Aio. That being said, during the rule of the Mad Queen, Many Kingdoms of Midlothyn would take in refugees in the form of the extraplanar peoples, and many casters. Thus, the populace of Midlothyn is rather diverse although still predominantly human. One is much more likely to come across Half-elves, Half-Orcs, Halflings, and Tieflings than in Vrellez or even parts of Talenrûn. Among its diversity, smaller communities of extraplanar races or more easily found in Midlothyn although still rare. Less so in communities than affecting everyday life are the fey who are deeply rooted into the culture of Midlothyn, as the land holds a vague connection to the Feywild which cause the abundance of fey creatures to spill into the realm during certain times of the year.
