Wizards Guild
The world is full of Magic
The wizards guild, based in Pitax is the last known organisaztion that openly uses magic. Their tower includes also a very prestigius school for magic called "Cradle". Gnomes are more common that expected intheir ranks due to the location of the city.
Structure
The guild does not have a specific administration structure. Is members have some basic ranks that usualy corrempond to the amount of imvolvement they would like to have with the guild and not the one they actualy have. The enrolment fee is 100 gp and in order for a member to join te higer rank it must be arpooved by "The commity". All members have acces to the guilds facilities. The ranks are:
- "Student" or "Aprentice": where after paying for the reggistration fee, the person has the right to enroll and atend all lessons of the Cradle as well as benifit fro all posible events
- "Wizard Member" : casual members of the guild, have acces to the library, can request documents or recipies. Can take advantage of the guilds acointences and participate in events. The can also present the membership papers as reasons for travel or for particular purpposes. They can also stay at the Wizards Mantion while visiting the Guild in pitax
- "High member": Can permanently stay in the establisments the wizards guild posseses. Usualy have some main duty related to the guild such as teaching in the Cradle, organising visits, representing the guild in political occations, making guild related travel and producing some short of research. This tasks are guite time consuming and although threre is no etra fee for the rank not many people apply for it.
- "Councilor Wizard": There is one for every race of the world, which means that the number changes. For some reaces it is an iherited title while for others like humans it is a higly competitive post. Councilors are in charge of which members are in each rank, make important magic related decisions and are supposed to give advice to goverments when they are needed. Usualy they manage to avoid these tasks by "entrusting" them to High members of the guild.
Assets
They own the Wizard Mantion on the hild sourounding pitax which contains the Cradle, a very big library, many hals and offices as well as many laboratories and o botanical garden. They also have a speficig sention dedicated to care and protection of endangered magical spicies which they also use for aquiring magical ingredients.
