Tarkassian
The Tarkassians are humans originally of Karhad stock, but who have subsequently interbred with the dark-skinned Syrtys humans from Krara̰ng. As a result, many have dark, wavy hair and olive skin. Their language is hybrid of Tisseri and Syrtys.
