Tarkassa
Tarkassa is a human city founded two hundred and fifty years ago when Karhads from Icecrown migrated south and intermarried with local Korlish humans. Their city, Tarkassa has become the sole bastion of civilization in western Krara̰ng. The Karhads brought with them The Church of Light, and it has supplanted The Temple of the Flame as the official religion of the region.
