Obiri Elves
The Obiri are dark-skinned elves from the Hsintepe forest or in their language, the Indebe Forest.
They were nominally part of the Empire of Scale but due to their isolation in the deep forest, they retained their language and culture, adopting the Temple of Flame but worshiping SurukaskarekramaĆ alongside their traditional druidic beliefs.
The Obiri live in tree villages, safe from the creatures that stalk the forest floor.
