Fate
Fate lives in a junkyard, far and away up the coast of the crescent city. He isn't too happy about being trapped there but over the years he has come to terms with it. Once the great puppet-master who controlled the paths and lives of people he was imprisoned in his junkyard, now with only the ability to see the futures of people but unable to intervene or alter their course.
