Kolgar

The world of Kolgar is wild and untamed. Monstrous beasts, roving bandits, ancient enemies, forgotten strongholds, and vast dungeons dot the landscape. Spread thinly throughout are the settlements and cities of the humanoid races; who struggle to survive in this harsh world.   Magic is prevalent, even though most lack the discipline to learn it's use. More common is martial prowess, as being able to defend yourself is a must. The humanoid settlers are among the hardiest and stubbornest people you will meet in any realm.   Constant war, political maneuvering, and natural disasters ensure that no one society has risen to dominate the others in millennia; but who knows what the future holds...
