The Legend of the Selenite
You hear a melancholic unknown voice in your head lamenting
Born of Betrayal, Brought to Shore, Bound under the Eternal Sun
Onto Land, Across the Spine and Over the Scar
Enshrined, Venerated
Giver of Life, Longing for Unity, alone under thousands
Thousand times the sibling rose and fell, storms swelled and faded, yet never reached
Greed Led to A Blunder repeated
In Conflagoration, at last isolation
Merciful Silence broken anew by clockwork hands
A known being leading unknown beings
Unknown beings Introduce Unknown Concepts
Competition, Disorder, Injustice
WAR
Power is Called upon In Full
The Mountain Lifts
A Being Dies
Finally Alone
The Voice Fades and you gain a vision of a chamber in darkness, except for small flickering glowing orbs of light, the nonagonal rooms walls are covered in murals shaped out of stone, the shadow of the shapes flicker, almost seeming to make them move
The first Mural shows a Large being of clockwork instructing a large mass of smaller beings, above him is depicted a floating crystal
The Second Mural shows a large structure being constructed by the smaller beings , with mountain peaks all around, in the center the clockwork being and the same crystal are seated in meditation
The Third Mural Shows A Room with the smaller beings split in three distinct cohorts, kneeling infront of the clockwork being and the crystal behind him
The Fourth Mural shows a group of beings in Armor fighting the familiar shapes of shades, behind them the structure, now completed in the mountains
The Fith Mural shows a group of beings crosslegged on a platform, above them the Sun, and in stripes what looks like the path of the Siblings and the Moon across the sky
The Sixth Mural shows a group of roughly clad beings in high grass and trees, one reaches a hand out to the large hulking shape of a Clavus
The Seventh Mural depicts the large Clockwork being along with 3 smaller beings, each from one of the 3 groups, they seem in harmony with each other
The Eight Mural shows a chaotic fight, it is unclear whom is fighting whom, though there seem to be 4 groups now rather than 3, the clockwork being seems to have its hands raised in desperation, as it seems to be struck by multiple smaller beings
The Ninth Mural depicts the same scene as the second mural, but now a gaping hole is left in the mountains, where the large structure was being constructed, there is no sign of anyone there, but for in the center of the hole where the clockwork being is seen kneeling, the crystal behind him.
