War Fairy

The War Fairy or also referred to as the Battle Fairy is a fairy type that appears exclusively in active battle zones. A curious type, these fairies come fully equipped with arms and armor, typically that of a front line combatant. Despite their small size, their ability to move in the air can make them a dangerous opponent. Unlike their relatives, war fairies are never seen using elemental powers and the only projectiles they utilize come from marksmen weaponry. It is thought that their abilities relate to innate combat expertise or in boosting troop morale. Their motives for fighting are completely their own and they vanish once fighting dissipates.

Camp Fairies
The alternative to the war fairy is the camp fairy. These fairies appear in encampments and busy themselves with tasks related to said camp. These tasks can include guard duty, cooking, smithing, wood cutting, stable duty, and taking on roles such as messengers or squires.
