Gazaath, Lord of the Lost, God of Twisting Paths
Gazaath is an old diety, little worshiped now. Not that his powers are diminished, old Gods gain power from the existance of things that fall in their domain, and labyrinths still exist, to say nothing of hedge mazes, or those who are lost in the world.Gazaath, the deity of twisting paths, is both a guide and a deceiver, embodying the duality of being lost and found. Worshipped by those who traverse the unknown—whether physically, mentally, or spiritually—Gazaath appears as a shadowy figure cloaked in shifting mist, Were one able to walk around his figure, you would be hard pressed to say which direction he was facing, or if he was gesturing along a path. Gazaath revels in ambiguity, delighting in leading mortals to moments of epiphany just as much as to their downfall. While Gazaath offers guidance, their assistance often comes with unintended consequences, leaving travelers questioning whether they were truly helped—or merely toyed with.
