Overview
On the 23rd day of the fifth month in the year 2001 TA, the Great Protector decreed to ban the construction of future orphanages in the Protectorate of Ghoslia due to the number of hags in the country taking over orphanages to create hag covens. However, in recognition of the need of orphanages in the country, the Great Protector has allowed certain orphanages to remain operational.
