Kobadiya

Kobadiya is a world made by eight celestial Goddesses that sits between the Star Realm and the Shadow Realm. The people of Kobadiya praise their Goddesses with traditions and rituals and worship in Sacred Temples: structures built by the deities themselves. Each Goddess has her own Oath - a faith centering her special abilities that her mortals will follow and seek purpose and guidance from.   The mortal beings of Kobadiya make up ten civilised races (specially designed creatures with intelligence and consciousness) and a world blooming with unique fauna and flora in every corner of the world. All living beings populate eight nations simply called Lands, their respective islands and the Five Seas. An Oathland is a Land with a Temple, a Freeland is one without.   The world is named ‘Kobadiya’ by the Kobadiyan High Council (previously named the Kobadiyan Clan or the Kobads), who worked to unite all of the Lands for the sake of peace and harmony. Originating as a peace-group campaigning for social equality in a Land named Wystell lead by Temus Novell, the Kobadiyans co-govern each of the Lands by their remit “Protection, Preservation, Perseverance” - meaning they protect civilians from cruelty and work towards a bright, peaceful, spiritual and educated future, all while preserving and celebrating the culture and traditions of each of the people and the Lands.
