Ubiquiform

Wondrous item, uncommon
The ubiquitous uniform—ubiquiform, for short—was originally invented by a young Anton Spark during his days at the prestigious Magicraft Institute of Technomancy. Caught working half a dozen jobs to support his education (and an expensive enchanting habit), Anton designed this uniform to cut down on his downtime changing uniforms. Since those early days, such magic items have found themselves a home in travelling troubadour troupes, aiding in quick costume changes, as well as in the realm of spycraft.
Glamour. This item takes the form of a tabard, worn over other clothes and armour. While wearing the ubiquiform, you can use a bonus action to speak its command word and cause it to assume the appearance of a normal set of clothing, uniform, or some other kind of armour. You decide what it looks like, including colour, style, and accessories, but the outfit retains its normal bulk and weight (i.e. that of a light tabard). The illusory appearance lasts until you use this property again or remove the ubiquiform.
