Traitor's Tabard

When the fog of war is at its thickest, soldiers know to
attack anyone wearing the enemy’s colors or emblems.
The traitor’s tabard is a finely tailored piece of clothing
that can be worn over armor. As an action, the creature
wearing the tabard can change the color and crest on the
tabard to anything they want.
