This potion is as clear as water and ostensibly odorless, which is a red flag for anyone who knows anything about poisons. A creature that drinks the potion must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature is transformed into a toad for 1 hour as if by the polymorph spell. The creature can willingly fail its saving throw. Although the potion is colorless and nearly odorless and tasteless, it can be detected with a DC 20 Wisdom (Perception) check. The smell that gives the potion away is the faintest odor of swampy, stagnant water.
