Tidal
Manipulating any size body of liquid borders on the same expertise as telekinesis, with one notable difference. The latter requires a great deal of finesse and control, whilst tidal manipulation is more a matter of forcing a current through the water and letting the flow generate its own force.
This method enables simple forms, such as eddies to mix large tubs of water or small tendrils of water, which is a technique often utilised to fill smaller containers from barrels without waste.
Side/Secondary Effects
Like many forms of magic, there is a dangerous side. Those capable of shifting large amounts of water can not only use the force to knock an opponent over, but also effectively drown them. And, given that the main force comes from the water itself, it is one of few abilities Nulled Ones are not immune to.
