Condensation
For cases where a body of water cannot be utilised, a spellster can use the moisture in the air, drawing it together in a similar manner as dew forms on a leaf. What forms is nothing less than water in its purest state, unadulterated even by the earth. This is especially useful in times where a drinking source may be suspect.
What is done with this collected water is entirely dependent on the reasons the spellster took the effort, but this method is the most used when conjuring ice as the chilling process is easier when done on the small scale.
Side/Secondary Effects
Of course, for this ability to work, there must be moisture to harness. Arid environments can yield either nothing or little enough that a spellster may spend more energy getting the water than the act was worth.
