Kinetic Water

A substance capable of storing energy while still retaining the thaumaturgical properties of fresh water. It is commonly used as a hypothetical in thought experiments for creating perpetual motion machines and fixed constructs that never need cooling, or as a prank or joke among wizards ("Well, Patel's design WOULD work if we had some kinetic water..." or "Hey, new guy, nip down to storage and bring up half a liter of kinetic water.") It doesn't exist.
