Built 1866 to East Redwick & Strand Railway design, sold 1901 to Wm Hargrove, Contractor as inspection saloon, grounded c. 1920 as a house for a gypsy family, recovered c. 1981 and moved to svlr where mounted on ENR PLV chassis, restored and in service by 1997 as SVLR No. 14
