Vice- Gluttony 

Main feature- river water elevator- a relic from ancient times.  

It allows for vessels to travel up and down a waterfall.  

Also operates a series of remote mines. The workers are undead. The town parties hard every night. They never work. There is a saying: I'll work when I'm dead. 

Secret guild- Ferry Wardens. Ancestral mountain dwarves.  they transport the dead via ferry upriver to the mysterious gates. They receive special metallurgic boons for their offerings. 

The town is structured in 3 tiers-  

The upper tier- mostly hill dwarves. This is the ruling class of the town. Situated atop the cliff. There is a palace straddling the top of the waterfall. It is built in the style of a Viking style long- house.  

The cliffside- built into the cliffside from both sides of the waterfall. There is a long switchback road connecting the top and the bottom.  

Here you can find mostly public buildings like temples inns etc. 

The bottom- mostly ancestral mountain dwarves. They are refugees from their land.  

There are a lot of pubs in between the long-houses.  

At night there is much merriment in the bottom district.
