Lizardmen

Lizardmen also known as Lizardfolk are a race of reptilian humanoids native to the Akeshi swamps in the far east of the Tarugan Empire. Lizardmen are territorial and do not like outsiders, preferring to keep to their swamps rather than venturing off.   Lizardmen are carnivorous creatures, feasting on the Flesh Eating Vines which are native to the Akeshi Swamps.   Lizardmen are firm believers in the great lizard beast, said to be a direct descendant of Vyn and the messiah of all lizardfolk. The great lizard beast is called by many names, not one more sacred than the other, however, Woolekaling, is more popular amongst the Akeshi clan. Lizardmen are taught of the great wisdoms of Woolekaling, how he guided the lizardfolk to Akeshi swamps, taught them how to survive and thrive off of the land. The great lizard beast is now said to slumber in the heart of the Akeshi swamps
