Dragonkin

Dragonkin's literally meaning, is 'The Spawn of Dragons'. It refers to the the races made by the dragon lords long ago to combat the origins of monsters. Over a millennia has passed since their defeat and the once creatures of war have settled living joyfully in what some of their kind may call the 'After war Celebration'. This tradition has been mainly adopted by the kobolds which are considered the best drinking buddies in Kheteran.   The most sapient of these creatures live their lives alongside the other races, unafraid to mingle. This isn't quite the case for dragons as they prefer a more isolated lifes, rarely interfering in the lifes of others, even when concerning their own race. However, the other more feral species (the wyrmling, drake, ect.) which were considered as machines of war have yet to adapt to the peaceful world and remain secluded from society and are quite the territorial creatures.   Within these races lies some sort of hierarchy due to the roles each race played in the war long ago, half-dragons seeing themselves as the nobility of dragonkin or simply vastly superior to the others.   Dragonkin have a sense of comradery towards each other, and due to this, despite the vast differences between each species can somehow manage to get along.
