House Varalei are served in
Labarean restaurants and beers from
Hedgehog Brewing have found their way into human taverns. Still, there are numerous beverages that are only locally available, whether that's because production is limited, quality decays too quickly or the market just is not there.
Beers
Beers are alcoholic drinks that are made by fermenting sugars from grains and adding herbs. Nearly every culture of the Northern Arm brews their own variety of beer, based on the grains and herbs that are locally available to them. In some cultures, such as that of the elephantine priest-warriors from
Prwuha, beer is only brewed for special religious purposes. In contrast, beer is a commodity among the dwarves of
The Porcupine.
