The Phantom World

The Phantom World is the supernatural world. It is the world of the good and bad. It is not really another world. The things in that world can see everything in the real world but can touch none of it except by strong magic. Normal mortals can not see, smell, hear, or feel it, but some can sometimes sense it, normally it is the feeling that they are being watched. Some can stay in the mortal world and see the Phantom World, but it takes strong magic. Any magic that is done in the mortal world is taken from the Phantom World. There is also magic that lets someone go into that world. There are some places that can take anyone there, such as Addyon's Pit.
