Zelphar Morralei
An adolescent elven male, Zelphar was among the small group of Clan Eight-Star folk who were hidden away in suspended animation for almost sixty years until found and awakened at the end of the war. Zelphar is an apprentice smith who was training under his parents before they were taken by the Starbinders. He has a sister, Selphie, who escaped from a Starbinder raid on a refugee caravan.
