Zabaleta Tattilgat
Female eladrin, a smith and jewel crafter. Her special craft is "flame jewels," crystals of many colors which capture a living flame within.
Originally a resident of the Feywild city of Kolongulla, she escaped the destruction of the city by Arteagagarey, and resided in Kalawesi-Nerridera until Artea was overthrown and Kolongulla was restored.
She is willing to teach her craft to those willing and interested in learning. Kaystiglon has studied with her.
