Suntukung Jughashvili is a middle-aged male dwarf, residing in Ailurie. He has made his living as a tattoo artist for most of his adult life, and can create both magical and non-magical body art. He is known to be able to work in white and silver inks, thus can create striking and beautiful body art for darker skinned folk such as dark elves, and his work is also capable of surviving frequent shape shifts -- he is thus often sought out by druids, lycans, and such people. In addition to this, he has developed a specialized form of the Prestidigitation cantrip, which he uses to transfer a design from paper to a client's skin, which he can then use as a guide to ink in the final art. It is possible that he uses a bit of magic in the actual application of the ink as well, for while he uses non-mechanical needles, he can produce a design as quickly as a real-world tattoo gun.

He has a reputation that stretches far beyond his home city. When the proprietor of the Magic on the Aventine magical item and supply shop, Bethsabee Lynsley, receives requests for magical tattoos, she invariably refers those customers to Jughashvili.

Jughashvili has the blunt and irascible nature of many of his people, but he is also a gifted artist and absolutely recognizes quality art when he sees it.

The "closed" and "open" signs at Jughashvili's shop, which is also his home. It is a sturdy hut of cedar shingles and terracotta tile, located not far from the temple of The Cat Lord in the city of Ailurie.
