The Drine Tree
Looking at the short, ugly drine tree, one would never expect it to be one of the most valuable things in Ken. Its branches are thick and reach upward, but even at their peak, it grows no higher than 10 feet, which makes it difficult to get light in a dark deep forest where it prefers to grow. But it is truly valuable, for the leaves are a potent and addictive drug.

Ecology and Habitats
A low tree with a thick trunk and branches, it grows only in the dark of a forest making it exceptionally rare. The leaves are thin and pointy, like needles, and are a light grey.
Chewing on a few of the needles of this tree releases a powerful drug into the system - this drug's effects include numbness, confidence, and minor delusions of grandeur and power. While someone is under the effects of Drine their breath comes out with a slight silver tint. A long time Drine addict will have slight silvering to their veins.
