Beguiling Presence. Creatures that start their turn within 10 feet of the Yuki Otoko must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be charmed until the start of their next turn.   Ice Walk. The Yuki Otoko can move across icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check, and it ignores difficult terrain made of ice or snow.

Actions

Multiattack. The Yuki Otoko makes two Frost Touch attacks.   Frost Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) cold damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its speed halved until the end of its next turn.   Winter's Kiss (Recharge 5–6). The Yuki Otoko kisses or touches a charmed creature. That creature must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 27 (6d8) cold damage and is paralyzed until the end of its next turn. On a success, it takes half damage and isn’t paralyzed. This ends the charmed condition.   Snowblind Illusion (1/day). The Yuki Otoko creates a dazzling snowfall and a mirage of dancing illusions. Each creature within 30 feet must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be blinded until the end of their next turn. While blinded in this way, the creature also sees illusory doubles of the Yuki Otoko, giving him advantage on attacks and saving throws until the end of his next turn.
